The Raiders ended the season with a big kick. So did its entertainment team.

This squad led by behind-the-scenes masterminds Justin Casserly and Brad Phinney crushed it, producing a landmark year at the stage in front of the Al Davis Memorial Torch. Third Eye Blind played Sunday’s tilt as the final halftime performers. The Power of 3, Earth, Wind & Fire; John Fogerty; George Thorogood; Aloe Blacc and The Family Stone were among the home-game headliners.

​Many of those artists collaborated with David Perrico and the Raiders House Band. Perrico’s team will return in ’26, its sixth season. They took a bronze award in this year’s Clio Awards, honoring creative excellence in advertising and promotions worldwide. The award is best described as an international Emmy Award for creative integration of multiple mediums. In this instance, it is live music performance paired with the NFL.

Entering the finale, the Raiders installed a pair of big screens behind the bandstand and facing the torch to create a multimedia scene in the staging area. The Raiders’ strategy is long-term, a proven winner. A team that wins, generally, or is at least ahead at halftime, can only help.

David Perrico’s latest short documentary offers an inside look at the creative force behind his groundbreaking musical projects—highlighting the passion, versatility, and high-energy performances that have become his signature.

In the film, David reflects on his role as conductor, trumpet player, composer, and arranger across multiple ensembles, including Pop Strings Orchestra, the Raiders House Band, and Pop Symphonic. Each ensemble has its own personality and purpose, allowing David to explore a wide range of musical styles while continually pushing creative boundaries.

Viewers are taken behind the scenes of Pop Strings Orchestra, a concept David launched over a decade ago. Featuring an all-female string section, the ensemble blends pop music with bold, original arrangements—reimagining everything from Mozart symphonies with modern EDM influences to genre-spanning medleys and mashups designed to keep audiences energized and engaged.

The documentary also showcases the electric atmosphere of performing as the Raiders House Band at Allegiant Stadium. Playing for tens of thousands of fans in a live sports environment presents a completely different challenge—one focused on amplifying energy, supporting the team, and connecting with the crowd on a massive scale.

Another highlight is Pop Symphonic, David’s pop-rock symphony project that brings the power of a full orchestra to music lovers of all ages and backgrounds. With a genre-defying repertoire that can move seamlessly from AC/DC to opera to pop and hip-hop, Pop Symphonic is built on one core mission: making symphonic music accessible, exciting, and fun for everyone.

Throughout the documentary, David emphasizes what sets his shows apart—everything is live, unscripted, and track-free. That authenticity creates a natural ebb and flow on stage, fueled by the sheer joy of the musicians and the shared energy with the audience.

At its core, this documentary is a celebration of music without boundaries—and a glimpse into the creative philosophy that continues to define David Perrico Music.

What an incredible night we had on Friday, October 17 at Myron’s at The Smith Center in Las Vegas! Our Pop Strings Orchestra took the stage for Back to the 80’s, and it was everything we hoped for — high energy, packed with nostalgia, and full of those iconic hits delivered in true Perrico style: powerful arrangements, world-class musicianship, and plenty of that big Vegas flair.

We can’t thank you all enough for coming out, singing along, and dancing the night away. Thank you, everyone — we had an absolute blast! 🎉

The Raiders need some big hits Sunday, and the stars of Earth, Wind & Fire are suiting up.

The legendary funk/R&B/soul/disco band is playing the halftime show at Allegiant Stadium as the Silver and Black face the Bears. In their first such NFL performance, EWF will unleash “Boogie Wonderland,” “Groove Tonight,” and “September.” We can’t yet say if the lyric will be changed to, “Do you remember, the 28th night of September.”

Vocalist Philip Bailey, bassist Verdine White and percussionist-vocalist Ralph Johnson will perform with the 15-piece David Perrico and the Raiders House Band.

EWF returns to The Venetian Theatre for nine shows Oct. 10-25, the latest in their ongoing, recurring engagement at the venue. The band also performed “A Grammy Salute to Earth, Wind & Fire Live: The 21st Night of September” on CBS and Paramount+ on Sunday night, a show originating from the Hollywood Bowl.

Stevie Wonder, the Jonas Brothers, Jon Batiste and Janelle Monáe were among the stars featured. The show celebrated the 50th anniversary of EWF’s performance at the famed venue, with the band performing with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. The show is still streaming on the Paramount+ app.

​Las Vegas native and touring performer Stephani Parker will sing the national anthem. It is her second performance after her rendition prior to last season’s game against the Jaguars. Mariachi Nuestras Raices will perform in the pregame party. Ex-Raider linebacker, Jerry Robinson, active in many facets of the community, will light the Al Davis Memorial Torch.

Kickoff is 1:25, arrive about 45 minutes early to catch the show.
